Original description
- Managing team of tenured project managers focusing on both print and digital creative production for high-performing internal agency. Meeting regularly with project management team leadership to ensure consistency and quality throughout team with regards to best practices, workload balancing, and recognition.
- Establishing a video production process with internal creative team and third-party producers and directors. Leading major engagements with cost/scope negotiation, contract management and invoicing, project management, and communications. Communicating weekly status to key agency leadership on current and upcoming work, key project progress, and issue management.
- Managing key digital marketing projects, including responsive web design, application development, and video production for priority internal clients and stakeholders. Working with account managers, copywriters, copyeditors, art directors, front-end and back-end developers, print fulfillment managers, video production vendors, and clients in some cases. Interface with other department personnel and leadership as needed for publishing projects to production.
- Key technical liaison for department, including tech support, issue management, and workflow product management.
