  • Bleeding-edge multimedia services startup.
  • Objective — To push the boundaries and applications of DVD-Video.
  • Production — In charge of production and research services for DVD-Video title production company. Transferred jobs from Sales point to Engineering lead, interpreting schedules, budgets and production methods. Authored Production Service Agreements detailing scope of work, production methods, product specifications and project scheduling. Implemented production methods using cutting edge tools. Scheduled testing milestones for progress reporting and created deliverables for client approval. Conducted ongoing and final testing of projects for quality assurance. Consulted with clients on creative layouts and user interface design. Conducted feasibility studies for new process of converting CD-ROM titles to DVD-Video format. Investigated existing CD technology specifications for compliance with the DVD spec. Assisted CFO with budget layouts and forecasting efforts by providing costs of production information. Delivered project estimates to sales in response to RFQs.
