  • E-printing procurement services startup. Project Manager, User Interface Designer, Web Producer.
  • Objective — To design, produce and manage the production of features for www.iPrint.com.
  • Key Contributions — Worked with key developer to drastically improve performance and usability of heavily used tool. Managed technical aspects of key partnership, which involved resolving production issues, monitoring program activity and managing program upgrade releases. Managed online accounting transmissions, EDI, during crucial time of partnership, ensuring that service agreements were being upheld. Took ownership of developing tools and programs to assist in the development of the web site.
  • User Interface Design — Gathered necessary functionality and interface requirements. Documented purpose of feature, requirements, and method of production in technical specification format. Generated mockups for feasibility and usability seeking client approval. Recommended new features and functionality for the www.iPrint.com web site.
  • Web Production — Contributed to development with requirements gathering, technical documentation, user interface design, functional mockups, HTML programming, database manipulation and documentation control management.
  • Project Management — Managed timelines for several simultaneously developed web-based features and projects in a firefighting-pace software development environment. Ensured that projects met timeline and specification. Managed cross-departmental implementation groups including personnel from Technical, Marketing, Sales and Accounting.
